I have been working for two years, and when I think about the mistakes I made when I first entered the control room, I would laugh at myself. I just graduated, although I majored in pharmaceutical engineering, but I was so unfamiliar with various instruments that I could only learn little by little from my colleagues. In the process, I was scolded and complained. , Afraid of major mistakes. Looking back now, knowledge and emotion have already covered "resentment."

In the central control room, our monitor is only 3 years older than me, but he often takes care of our group of people with very different personalities. As far as I am concerned, sometimes I make opinions and sometimes play tricks, but every time she laughs. We are not happy, she will persuade; we encounter difficulties at work, she helps solve them; we have blind spots in knowledge, she reads the information and tells us the correct answer. Maybe these are trivial little details in life, but it is happening in real life, which makes us gain the knowledge while also gaining the touch.

People often say, "You can see the truth in the subtleties". I didn't understand it at first, but when I met it, I was constantly moved. I remember a very serious cold, and my colleague deliberately boiled hot water for me. Maybe this is a trivial matter in normal times, but I remember that only my parents would take care of it so intimately; ice cream in the summer afternoon, winter morning For breakfast, the specialty snacks of our hometown seem to appear by our side from time to time...

Each of us is an independent individual with our own temperament and personality. Frictions and contradictions are inevitable when we get along. I believe that as long as we are more tolerant, all problems will not be a problem.
