I remember that when I first took over the post of statistics in the workshop, I was really a "Second Monk, I couldn't figure it out", and I learned everything from scratch. At that time, I was not familiar with the product technology, but the workshop technician gave me patient explanations; I was not familiar with the use of the form, and the workshop QA person in charge gave me guidance; I didn’t understand the names and functions of some equipment in the workshop, and the workshop equipment staff gave me instructions. Help; In order to better calculate the power cost of the workshop, it was the workshop operation team leader who gave me two days of patient explanation...It was they who helped me to grow and improve in an unfamiliar environment; I just started to learn about the cost of products in the workshop last year. At night, I was working overtime in the office by myself. It happened that a colleague was also on duty. Seeing that I was still working overtime, I asked if I had eaten. I just replied and didn’t eat. He left without saying anything. Thinking that he came back for a while and brought me some food, seeing the delicious food on the desk, I immediately felt that I was the happiest person in the world, and my heart was full of power, and I thought: "I want Work hard, I will continue to work in this office." After eating, I was exhausted and desperate. The deserted office no longer made me feel lonely. Another time, last winter, I was ill and was hospitalized with the director. Several colleagues came to visit me on behalf of the workshop in spite of the severe cold, which made me feel warm and my heavy body suddenly became much easier. With the passage of time, every time I think of these things, the depths of my heart are always touched invisibly, and the sentence "It's nice to have you" can't help but blurt out.

This is my team, this is the spirit of Qilu people. In Qilu, I have fully experienced the warmth and the beauty of Qilu’s culture. I think it’s because of "everyone" that I will always keep the sense of responsibility for the work in my heart. Difficulties and setbacks must also be overcome and bravely moved forward.
